Swirl Scarf
pdf download-pattern in English
Swirl Scarf is an oblong scarf, worked back and forth using 2 strands of silk mohair held together. The scarf consists entirely of knit stitches. Swirl Scarf is worked in one piece with I-cord edges and is identical on both sides. The scarf starts at one end where the first tip is knitted. Then work is continued back and forth using only knit stitches. The swirl effect is created due to short rows and I-cord edges are worked on both sides.
The length of the scarf allows you to wrap it several times around your neck, or you can fold it in half and pull the ends through the loop. The choice of yarn for the Swirl Scarf has a big impact on how it drapes and feels to wear. When knitted with 2 strands of silk mohair, the scarf becomes very luxurious, light and airy.
Swirl Scarf is seamless.
