Fagur Hooded Scarf
pdf download-pattern in English
Fagur Hooded Scarf is a scarf that combines a scarf and a hood. What makes the hooded scarf very delicate is the structured knitted surface and the knitted fringes. Fagur Hooded Scarf is worked back and forth in a textured pattern. The textured pattern is worked acc. to chart. It starts with the fringes. The fringes are gathered on a circ. ndl. and the scarf is knitted - back and forth - continuing the outer fringe on each side as an I-cord edge. On one side, the I-cord edge is paused while the top part of the hood is worked. The hood is sewn with a seam at the center back while the I-cord edge is continued around the neck and down the edge. The rest og the scarf is then finished and it finishes with fringes.
The small seam in the center back is the only assembly.
